Cookie Policy

v1.0 · Effective 10 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Vantage (“Vantage”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on wearevantage.ai. It is consistent with the Dubai International Financial Centre Data Protection Law 2020 (DPL 2020) and the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law 2021 (Federal PDPL).

Vantage is currently a brand operated by its founders Ivan Kruger and [redacted] in personal capacity, pending incorporation of a dedicated legal entity. This Cookie Policy will transfer in full to the registered entity upon incorporation.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and tags. They allow a website to remember information about your visit, your preferences, or how you interact with content. Some cookies are essential to make the website work; others are used for analytics, personalisation, or marketing.

2. Cookie categories we use

2.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the website to function and cannot be turned off. They include cookies that maintain your session, store your consent choices, and protect against fraud or abuse. They do not store any information that personally identifies you.

2.2 Analytics (opt-in)

These help us understand how visitors interact with wearevantage.ai (which pages are viewed, which content is clicked, where visitors land first). We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individual users; this category is currently empty of cookies. When we add cookie-based analytics in the future, those cookies will only be set after you grant consent via the cookie banner.

2.3 Marketing (opt-in)

These help us measure the effectiveness of our outbound and paid-traffic campaigns; for example, by recording which channel referred you to wearevantage.ai or whether you completed a key action such as taking the Funnel Scorecard or booking a Funnel Audit. Currently empty; cookies in this category will only be set after you grant consent via the cookie banner.

3. Specific cookies and similar technologies

The following table lists each cookie or technology in use on wearevantage.ai. We update this table whenever we add or remove a cookie.

Currently active

Planned, opt-in only when active

If you visit wearevantage.ai today, only the cookies in the “currently active” list are present unless you have separately granted consent.

4. How to manage your consent

5. Cookies set by third parties

When you grant consent for marketing cookies, third-party providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) may set cookies on their domains. Those cookies are governed by the providers’ own privacy policies. Vantage receives only the aggregated, pseudonymised metrics permitted by your consent and the providers’ terms.

6. Retention

Each cookie has a retention period documented in the table in Section 3. We never retain cookies longer than is necessary for the purpose stated, and we remove cookies that have served their purpose at the next consent review.

7. Children

The Vantage website is intended for businesses and adult professional decision-makers. We do not knowingly set cookies for visitors under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add, remove, or change a cookie or similar technology. The version date at the top reflects the current effective version. Material changes will be communicated by an updated banner inviting you to renew your consent.

9. Contact

For broader data-protection questions, see our Privacy Policy. For our handling of automated systems, see our AI Policy.
