Vantage (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-managed lead conversion and business automation systems for businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates. Website visitors: Name, email address, phone number, business type, and responses submitted through our qualification form.
Service clients (businesses): Business contact information, WhatsApp Business messages, contact lists you provide, appointment and booking data, CRM records, and conversation logs processed by our AI systems.
End consumers (your patients/customers): When we operate systems on your behalf, we may process names, phone numbers, appointment details, message content, and interaction history of individuals who communicate with your business through channels we manage.
Automatically collected: Basic analytics data such as page views, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs. We do not use invasive tracking, fingerprinting, or sell data to third parties.
Our services use artificial intelligence to process messages, qualify leads, generate responses, book appointments, and automate follow-up communications. This means:

Data location: Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside the UAE. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with UAE PDPL requirements.
