This Privacy Policy describes how Vantage (“Vantage”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information (“Personal Data”). It applies to wearevantage.ai and to all Vantage-operated systems.

This policy is consistent with the Dubai International Financial Centre Data Protection Law 2020 (“DPL 2020”) and the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law 2021 (“Federal PDPL”).

1. Who we are

Vantage is a brand currently operated by its founders Ivan Kruger and [redacted] in personal capacity, pending incorporation of a dedicated legal entity. Upon registration, all data controller and data processor rights and obligations under this Policy will be assigned to the registered entity automatically; affected individuals will be notified by an updated version of this Policy at that time.

During the pre-registration period, the founders are jointly the data controller for Personal Data we collect about visitors to wearevantage.ai and about our prospects. We are jointly the data processor for Personal Data of our clients’ leads and customers when delivering the Vantage Flow service.

We share Personal Data only with the sub-processors listed below, professional advisors under confidentiality, regulators where legally required, and successors in any merger or acquisition with continued protection. We do not sell your Personal Data.

Some sub-processors are based outside the DIFC and UAE. We rely on adequacy decisions under DPL 2020 where applicable, standard contractual clauses, or your specific consent.

8. Where Vantage acts as a Data Processor

When you encounter Vantage as a lead or customer of one of our clients (for example, a clinic using Vantage Flow), Vantage processes your Personal Data on the client business’s instructions. The client business is the Data Controller; Vantage is the Data Processor.

To exercise your data subject rights, please contact the client business directly. Vantage will assist as required by DPL 2020.

Under DPL 2020 and Federal PDPL you have the right to:

10. Cookies and similar technologies

wearevantage.ai uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individual users. We may add additional cookies in the future for site functionality and conversion tracking; you will see a notice and have the opportunity to consent before any non-essential cookie is set. 11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, regular security review, and least-privilege principles. If we detect a Personal Data Breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay and within 72 hours where required by DPL 2020.

12. Children

The Vantage Service is intended for businesses and adult professional decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the contact details we have on file or posted prominently on wearevantage.ai. The version date at the top indicates the current effective version. Upon incorporation of the Vantage legal entity, this policy will be re-issued under the registered entity’s name with no reduction in protections.
